PRODUCT WARRANTY DETAILS
Hesh warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and is subject to proper use and maintenance. The warranty covers repairs or replacements at Heshās discretion but excludes damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.

INSTRUMENT & MACHINE INSTALLATION :
- FREE : WhatsApp Video Call Guidance for Installing the Instruments is Free
- If Onsite Installation Required: For SOUTH INDIA Rs. 5000 per day + Gst Charges will be charged Extra & For NORTH INDIA depending on the Installation Location will be Charged.
SERVICE & REPAIR AFTER WARRANTY OVER :
- Offsite Service Charge (at Chennai Office) - Rs. 2000 + Gst + Spare Parts + Courier Charges Extra.Ā
- Onsite Visit Service (at Customer place) - For SOUTH INDIA Rs. 5000 Per Day + Gst Charges will be charged Extra & For NORTH INDIA depending on the Service Location will be Charged.Ā
TRANSPORT CHARGES :
- Frieght will be Extra and ODA as per Actual.
- Instrument will be Dispatched by Courier / Bus / Transport / Train / Air on Extra Charges as per Customers choice.Ā
- It will be sent by TOPAY BASIS payable directly to Logistic Company by Customer.
PAYMENTS :
- Goods will be sent only After 100% Payment Received.
- D/D in Favour of "Hesh Opto Lab Private Limited" Payable at Chennai.
DELIVERY TERMS :
- 2 Weeks After Receipt of Comfirmation of Order with 100% Advance.
EVENTS :
- Event of Unprecendented Events Like a War Fire Government Measures Pertaining to Importers Currency Devaluation Etc. In Such Event Price would be applicable as per the Prevalent Price at the Delivery.
FORCE MAJURE :
- Quotation and Agreement to Supply Goods in Subject to Force Majure Clause.
ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN BOTH PARTY'S :
- If Any Disputes will be Subject to Chennai Jurisdiction Only.

- Ebco Brand Hardware.
- Saint Gobain Glass & Mirror.
- High Quality LED Lights & Adapters with replacement warranty.
- ShodowPlast Indoor Quality Acrylic for Back Lighting & Cutouts.
- Branding - Standard Vynil with Lamination.
PROJECTS PRODUCTION METHOD :
- Modular Style Conbined with Capentry.
- Cold Pressed Inside Laminate.
- Manual Pressed Outside Laminate.
- 90% Made in Factory, & 10% Finishing at Site like Installation, Fixing Lights & Branding.
ONSITE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED BY ORDERING CUSTOMER :
- Customer will Provide Wash Room, Electricity, Water Facility.
- Customer will Provide any Big Stools, Ladders, & If Required any Guidance to Procure Materials.
- Customer will Allow Onsite Team to work Late Night to Complete Project.
- Onsite Team will Co-ordinate with Only one Person of Customer.
- Customer cannot make any changes in Approved Plan without discussing with Company.
- Customer will Provide Persons for Loading & Unloading the ordered goods at Site. If Company have to Arranges for Loading & Unloading Extra Charges Applicable.
INSTALLATION FURNITURE :
- If Installation is Done by Ordering Customer. Any Damage or Breakage to ordered goods Customer will be responsible. (Only Manufacturing Warranty is Applicable)
- Company Onsite Team will work ONSITE to install the Furniture. (Extra Charges Applicable)
- Company will Provide Electrician to install Led Lights in Furniture Only.
- Company will Provide Room, food & Transportation to Onsite Team.
- Onsite Team will Follow the Floor Plan & Design Provided by Company after Customers Approval.
- If Customer wants to change or add any thing in the Project Layout needs to talk to the Company Person First & Company will Imform Onsite Team about it. (Extra Charges Applicable)
- Customer cannot Instruct the Onsite Team Directly until unless they are not following the Approved Plan.
- We require about 21 Working Days for Production at Factory & 3 Working Days Onsite to Complete the Projects, depents on the Project Size. (Sundays & Government Holidays Excluded)
PACKING & TRANSPORT CHARGES :
- Packing Material to Pack Ordered Goods will be Charged Extra. (Protects from getting Damage while Transporting)
- Frieght will be Extra as per Actual.
- Furniture will be Dispatched by Courier / Bus / Transport / Train / Air / Private Vehicle on Extra Charges as per Customers choice.Ā
- It will be sent by TOPAY BASIS payable directly to Logistic Company by Customer.
PROJECTS PAYMENTS TERMS :
- Payment will be Paid in 3 Parts : 60% Payment In Advance, 30% Payment Before Dispatch & 10% Payment Immdiately after Installation is completed.
- Goods will be Dispatched only After 90% Payment Received.
- D/D in Favour of "Hesh Opto Lab Private Limited" Payable at Chennai.
- 18% Gst will be charged on invoice.
- Once Invoice & Eway Bill raised, it cannot be cancelled or rectified.
DELIVERY TERMS :
- Depends on the Project Size Delivery Days will be decided.
- Usally we Deliver Project in 21 Working Days. (Sundays & Government Holidays Excluded)

EVENTS :
- If the Order goods are Ready and there is a Delay in Delivery by Ordering Customer, Company will charge Warehouse Storage Charges Rs. 5000 + Gst Per Month.
- If Delivery Delays more than a month, Customer have to Pay 100% Payment Immdiately.
- If Ordering Customer Fails to take Delivery or Pay 100% Payment including Warehouse Charges within 6 Months. Company will have Full Rights to sale the Ready Goods to Other Customer without imforming the Ordering Customer.
- Company will not Refund any Amount Paid by Ordering Customer and Paid Amount will not be refunded in any condition. (Paid Amount will be Forfeited)
- Ordering Customer cannot Claim Ordered goods after 6 Months and will Hold No Right to Demand Paid Amount Against Ordered Goods after 6 Months.
